Too bad shes not there every day all day. Other times, Ive been completely ignored and not offered help. Other times I have asked for help and have been talked down to. What size CS Osborne spring punch would you recommend for #12 size rivets? Uh, I dont know, Im not a hole size expert. I have easily spent $2,000 there in the last three months. This level of service is UNACCEPTABLE for my level of patronage. Im all for shopping local and encouraging bricks & mortar businesses, but I will now happily purchase online from companies who offer customer service.
