At Saunders Farm, we like things fresh, which is why we're always thinking up amazing experiences for everyone to enjoy.

So when Pete Rainville, the founder of Flying Canoe Hard Cider, approached us about taking over the first hard cider produced in Ottawa, we decided to jump feet first into the apple barrel. 

Ciders and apple-based drinks are increasing in popularity. They're vegan, gluten-free, and most often all natural with no artificial colours or flavours.

We intend to make all Saunders Cider products that way.

Flying Canoe is just the start, a toe into the waters of an entire new product line, merchandise, and experiences on and off the Farm. We hope you enjoy this new branch of the Saunders journey.
