OUR SERVICE

Our air duct cleaning process is very thorough. We will perform a pre-cleaning inspection with you. Our pre-cleaning inspection will include specific questions about your home or office to help determine what items we need to use during the air duct cleaning process to get the best results.

Once the pre-cleaning inspection is completed, we will perform a full colour video camera inspection during the air duct cleaning process to see what is in your duct work in order for us to properly clean them.

We want your home or office safe. Heating costs are high in the winter and using your air conditioner in the summer can be expensive if you have to leave your door open during an air duct cleaning service. That is why we bring in our industrial grade negative air machine which is set up next to your furnace. This means we don’t need hoses crawling around your home or office. You can go about your day and not have to worry about tripping over hoses. Our industrial grade negative air machine will hold all the dust and debris that we remove from your air duct system.

We pressure clean all hot air vents and cold air returns one by one with our high velocity air compressor. Our full contact high velocity air compressor system uses an industrial HEPA filter and thoroughly cleans all vents and cold air returns. We pay attention to the hot vents and cold return covers by removing any dust and debris that has accumulated on them over time.

We will also air wash and vacuum all conveyance areas of the furnace system including the fan compartment and blower wheel. We will inspect your furnace filter and replace it with a new one (you simply supply it) and we will install it. We will also clean the outside of your furnace and hot water tank too!

In order to complete your air duct cleaning service and ensure you have a clean and healthy home or office, we apply an indoor safe sanitizer approved by Health Canada to your entire air duct system. This leaves your air ducts clean and your environment fresh smelling and completely contaminant free.

Lastly, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction and will perform a post cleaning inspection with you before we leave. Answering any questions you may have about our air duct cleaning service.
