About Us

Chris Urquhart started Green Unlimited as a one man operation with a single truck. He used his knowledge and experience in the lawn care & maintenance industry to become the largest, independent lawn care operation in the Greater Ottawa area. Chris is proud Green Unlimited is still locally owned and operated. To this day, most of his original customers are still loyal Green Unlimited clients.

With well over 25 years in Ottawa’s lawn care industry, Chris strives to bring his intense interest and solid understanding of agronomy and horticulture to the entire Green Unlimited team. He believes in having fun at work, while providing his customers with great service, delivered in an efficient, timely way. As a Maritimer, Chris loves to fish, work on his golf game… and dote on his wife and daughter.

All of our staff members have been professionally trained and continue to update their knowledge and skills through conferences, seminars, round tables and field training.
