  With over 30 years in the Floral Industry, Crystal Hill created her own company specializing in both bespoke flower arrangements and gift baskets. Everything is handmade by her and delivered across Ottawa using a local delivery service. Orders can be placed at www.floralenvy.ca   for delivery Tues-Sat. Closed Sun & Mon and on all Holidays.
