The COLLAB Space offers a wide selection of meeting rooms for our members to book at a time convenient to them, or a reasonable fee. 

Our boardrooms seat 13-15 people comfortably, are equipped with white boards and smart TV’s, and are the perfect setting for information sessions or roundtable discussions.

Our education room is built for success, with seating for up to 50 people, adequate table space for visitors to take notes or review material, and use of white boards and Smart TV. Members and non members can book by the hour, half day, or day, and catering is available through our in house caterer.

Our modern, industrial themed mezzanine is the perfect hot spot for your social event. Accommodating up to 250 people, the mezzanine is the ideal backdrop for networking events and trade shows, with the perimeter easily holding 25 vendor booths. Our in house caterer can also provide a custom menu and cash bar services, and we have preferred rates with Ottawa Special Events, meaning any additional equipment, tables, linens, décor, and so much more, can be easily rented and delivered to make your event one of a kind.

Collab Space (Collab) is an incubator inspired co-working facility in Ottawa Ontario that gives owners of startups and established small businesses a place to achieve their goals in a professional environment, amongst a community of collaborative, growth-oriented peers.
