This smooth sauce is somewhat similar in taste to a chipotle mayonnaise but with so many more layers of flavour and not as thick. With a nice medium heat level, you can use it to top any of your favourite Mexican, Spanish or Latin American dishes but don’t stop there. The tomatoes and subtle spices are excellent on sandwiches, pasta, eggs, chicken, beef and more.
