About Us

I’ve been a teacher for 20 years. This experience has fueled my passion in advocating for organizational health and psychological safety in workplaces. Ultimately, when you invest in people, greatness is achieved by individuals, groups and organizations. My three part workshop called, ‘A Culture of Connection and Caring’ addresses how core values, coupled with trust, empathy, connectivity and the need to experience play results in engaged and productive work cultures.
